Core technical training — movement, defense, mindset
12 weeks. 12 participants. A readiness experience for those who value preparation over paranoia.
Most people think self-defense starts with a punch. In reality, it starts long before that — in how you see, think, and move through your world.
Charlotte is changing fast. Whether it’s walking from your office to your car after dark, jogging at Freedom Park, or handling an aggressive stranger at a gas station — it only takes one moment to realize that “it won’t happen to me” isn’t a plan.
You can’t control what happens out there. But you can control your capability.
